We accept same day delivery requests via lalamove or grab express (shipping shouldered by buyer). Message us on our IG page for rush order requests. We’ll try our best to answer your queries as soon as possible.

Payment for orders must be settled within 24 hours after order has been placed. Holidays are not included. Otherwise, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Once paid, kindly send your proof/screenshot of payment to our email: orders.jcp@gmail.com or instagram account: @januaryclothingph for us to confirm your payment. Email reply or text message will be sent to you once payment has been confirmed and order has been processed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • We strictly accept return and exchange for the following reasons ONLY: (1) damaged items and/or (2) wrong items received.
  • Send us a photo of the damaged/wrong items within 7 days upon receipt at orders.jcp@gmail.com. Item/s for return or exchange should be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • No exchange will be issued for items received after 7 days.
  • We will get in touch with the next steps and availability of items for replacement.
