Refund policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We strictly accept return and exchange for the following reasons ONLY: (1) damaged items and/or (2) wrong items delivered.
- Send us a photo of the damaged/wrong item within 7 days upon receipt at orders.jcp@gmail.com. Item/s for return or exchange should be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- No exchange will be issued for items received after 7 days.
- We will get in touch with the next steps and availability of items for replacement.
- No exchange or refund will be issued for lost orders due to wrong shipping details provided.
